The beauty of ChocoFresh is that it can work in virtually any type of configuration.Normally, we collect information about an operator's existing space and work a configuration to maximize production efficiencies and workflow. Only about 150-200 square feet are needed to install most of the equipment which comes with the program. ChocoFresh units can be configured to function as a free-standing kiosk, in-line near an in-store bakery, or a fully functioning retail shop.

An operations manual and product training will be provided by the ChocoFresh customer service team, who will also provide regular store visits and/or training on a customized basis.

The operations program has been developed by a trained pastry chef and will contain the following:

  • Training in equipment use and handling
  • Chocolate and ingredients handling
  • Chocolate production schedule scenarios
  • Recipes
  • Packaging possibilities
  • Troubleshooting techniques
  • Merchandising ideas

On site training at ChocoFresh's training center in Buffalo, NY will be provided. Additional training at the customer site is available on a per diem basis.
