An operations manual and product training will be provided by the ChocoFresh customer service team, who will also provide regular store visits and/or training on a customized basis.
The operations program has been developed by a trained pastry chef and will contain the following:
- Training in equipment use and handling
- Chocolate and ingredients handling
- Chocolate production schedule scenarios
- Recipes
- Packaging possibilities
- Troubleshooting techniques
- Merchandising ideas
On site training at ChocoFresh's training center in Buffalo, NY will be provided. Additional training at the customer site is available on a per diem basis.
